In a cooking pot add, cooking oil, egg, capsicum, cabbage, carrots, boiled rice, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, green onion and cook for a while. Shashlik: With the blunt side of a heavy knife lightly pound the chicken. Combine all ingredients for shashlik except oil and marinate the chicken Stir-fry for three minutes and add to chicken. Make the shashlik sauce by cooking together all sauce ingredients quickly.

  3. Let it cook in it's own water no need to add extra water. Let the meat become tender. Close the lid on low flame.
  4. Add spices and mixed it well, after that add onions and capsicum.
  5. Now add ketchup and sugar in it, mix well and cover it for 5mins then off the flame.
  6. Meanwhile in a wok pour water and salt let it boil then add soaked rice. Let it boil for 10 mins. Strain it.
  7. Now serve chicken shashlik with rice. Ready to eat. Enjoy.
