It should be just like a puri that can be flattened on palm. - - Make small balls & roll them on a plastic sheet. Take a fork & prick holes. Cut into strips across giving shape of square. - - Pre heat air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 mins. Cook chips for 8-10 mins on same temperature till crispy brown.
- Tip : for a healthy munching you can fry in coconut oil too
