- Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Make ready 1 tsp gratted garlic
- Prepare 1 tsp chopped green chilli

- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Get 1 tsp coriander powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

- Prepare Handful finely chopped coriander leaves
Steps to make Soya Momos:
- Firstly we make stuffing. For that soaked the soya chunks in boiled water for 20-25 min. After that remove it from the water and squeeze the excess water. Now in a jar add soya chunks and make the crumble.
- Now heat a pan add oil wait, now add cumin seeds, garlic, green chilli saute for 1min. Now add onion and saute well.
- After that add all the spices and mix well cook it for some time then add soya crumble and salt mix it well.
- Now add coriander leaves and mix well your stuffing is ready now keep aside.
- Now we make the dough. In a bowl add all ingredients of dough and take water as needed and make a soft dough.
- Now making balls of momos dough and rolled out into circles
- Place a tablespoon of the prepared filling in the center of each rolled out circle. And give it your favorite momos shape. Here I give it pearl shell shape.
- Grease a steamer plate or any other plate (it should easily fit into the steamer or a deep vessel) with oil to prevent them sticking.
- Heat 1-2 glass of water in a deep vessel over medium flame. Place stand in the vessel and place momos plate over it. Cover it and steamed it for 8-10 min on medium flame. Your momos is ready. Serve it with momos chutney. Enjoy!
