Steps to make Spicy and dry soya bean kofta:
  1. Soak soya bean (Nutrella) in lukewarm water and salt for half an hrs. Take out from the water and squeeze it.
  2. Grind the soya bean coarsely with ginger, green chilli and garlic. Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
  3. Boil potato in a pressure cooker and wait for 2 whistleS. Cool it and peel the skin of the potato. Transfer to a bowl and mash the potato.
  4. Mix with soya bean mixture, wheat flour, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, hing, freshly chopped coriander leaves, salt and garam masala. Mix well and make a kofta size ball.
  5. Heat oil in kadhai. Shallow fry the koftas one by one till it becomes light brown in colour. Once it is done.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle chat masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Ready to serve with mustard sauce.
