- In a bowl add curd,ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, besan, oil, kasuri methi, salt mix it well.
- Put soya chaap in it, mix it well so the chaap marinate well. Keep aside for atleast 2 hrs.
- Preheat electric tandoor for 10 minutes. Place chaap in it.
- Cook it for 5 minutes, open the tandoor, apply butter on top of the chaaps and change the side of the chaap. Cook it again for 5 minutes.
- Chaap are ready apply some butter on them.
- On a plate add lemon juice and chaat masala, mix it well.
- Put roasted chaap in it, roll it in the lemon juice mixture. Chaap are ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and laccha onion.
