- Soak soya and chana daal for 1 hour.
- Wash chana daal and soya chunk. Grind mixture to coarse paste. Add the besan and mix well.

- Add the soaked and drained soya granules and mix on high flame to remove all the remaining water. Add the garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Take small portions of the mix and with oiled hand make kabbab shape with smooth edges.
- Pre heat oven to 200 degrees. Spray the oil on each kabbab and bake for 10 minutes. turn off the oven and flip the kabbab on other side. Bake for 10 minutes. Bake them golden brown. Turn off the oven. Transfer them to serving dish.
