  9. Get 1 teaspoon Mirin
  10. Take 2-3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  11. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Wasabi
  12. Take 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger

  3. Half fill a bowl with freshly cooked rice, cover with the Toasted Nori and place marinated fish pieces on top. Place some finely sliced Shiso or chopped Spring Onion, and/or other condiments of your choice and enjoy.
