- Blanch the spinch leaves in boiling water by adding salt, and immediately shift into cold water, remove it and place on the plate
- Fill soya granules in spinch leaves and make a parcel
- Stream this parcel in steamer for about 5 min
- For chutney roast capsicum on direct flame by applying oil on it, peel off uper burnt layer, cool it, make a paste in grinder, add salt and lime juice also,
- Take a plate add multigrain aata, besan, ajwain, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, make a dough with sufficient water, keep it in rest for 15 min, after 15 min, roll it out, cut small small chapti with help of cutter,
- Heat the tava, once it heated, place this small chapti on tava cook it well by roasting both side well
- For serving take 2 small chapati, put 1 soya parcel on it, on top put little capsicum chutney,
