- Get 500 gms Deveined Prawns
- Take 1 tbsp Beaten curd
- Take 1 tsp lemon Juice

- Take 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare For Biryani Masala–
- Make ready 300 gms sliced onions
- Prepare 200 gms chopped tomatoes
- Get 2.5 cups long grain basmati rice
- Make ready 4 cups hot water
- Take 1 cup chopped mint and cilantro leaves
- Take 3 slited green chillies
- Prepare 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 1 star anise
- Take 1 inch cinnamon
- Prepare 4 Cardamoms
- Make ready 2 bay leaves
- Make ready as per taste Salt
- Prepare 3 tbsp Ghee
- Take For Fish fry–
- Make ready 5-6 cleaned fish (I used red snapper)
- Prepare 1 tbsp chilli powder
- Make ready 2 tsp lemon juice
- Get 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- Get as required Oil
- Get For Spleen fry–
- Prepare 2 medium sized spleen
- Get 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- Make ready 2 strands curry leaves
- Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
- Make ready 1 tsp pepper powder
- Take as per taste Salt
- Take as required Oil
Instructions to make Prawns Biryani Thali:
- Soak the rice for about 30mins. Take a pan and add ghee, add cinnamon, bay leaf, Cardamom, star anise and fry till you get aroma. Then add slited green chillies and slited onions. Wait untill onion caramelised.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute untill raw smell is no more. Then add tomatoes and all the dry masala mentioned including salt and close the lid. Cook untill tomatoes are mushy, then add the marinated prawns, mint and cilantro leaves.
- After adding prawns cook till prawn turns white and immediately add hot water. Once water is boiled add the rice and cook it open for 10mins untill you see rice is coming up. Then close the lid and cook on low flame for about 20mins. Yummy prawns biriyani ready.
- For fish fry, Mix all the ingredients together and make as paste. Apply the masala to the fish and marinate for 20-30mins minimum. Then shallow fry it on both sides on tawa.
- For spleen fry,boil the spleen in water for 15mins. After boiling check if it's cooked and remove the outer skin. Cut the spleen into cubes.
- In a pan add oil, add garlic and saute. Add curry leaves and all dry masala and add the spleen. Cook for 5mins and serve hot.
