  6. Stir in soya sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar mix well
  7. Add 1/2 tsp corn flour,1/4 cup water cook till the sauce thickens.
  8. Add salt,black pepper and ajinomoto sauté for a min..
  9. Check the taste of the sauce. You can add more sauces if you wish
  10. Add fried soya chaap pieces and sauté for a 2-3 mins.garnish with coriander leaves.serve hot
