  9. B. I sometimes use the convection and grill mode of the microwave to make these. First set the convection mode, preheat at 180°C and then let it bake for about 12-15 minutes. Then choose the grill mode for 5-7 minutes and grill the sticks by rotating them.
  10. Sprinkle some chaat masala and lemon juice.
  11. Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney.
