- In a bowl add hot water, dip the chaap in it and keep aside for 10 minutes, remove sticks from soya chaap, cut it into cubes (3-4 pieces per stick)
- In a mixing bowl add hung curd, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice
- Add garam masala, cream, salt
- Mix it well, add soya chaap, marinate chaap pieces with this mixture and keep in freeze for 1-2 hours
- Now grease micro tray, put marinated chaap on it, put it into preheated microwave at 180℃ for 15 minutes,
- For creamy texture add cream, cheese spread in a bowl, mix it, add hot soya chaap pieces and mix it well then add onion rings, mix again
- Soya Chaap Malai Tikka is ready, serve immediately with green chutney.
