  1. In a bowl add hot water, dip the chaap in it and keep aside for 10 minutes, remove sticks from soya chaap, cut it into cubes (3-4 pieces per stick)
  2. In a mixing bowl add hung curd, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice
  3. Add garam masala, cream, salt
  4. Mix it well, add soya chaap, marinate chaap pieces with this mixture and keep in freeze for 1-2 hours
  5. Now grease micro tray, put marinated chaap on it, put it into preheated microwave at 180℃ for 15 minutes,
  6. For creamy texture add cream, cheese spread in a bowl, mix it, add hot soya chaap pieces and mix it well then add onion rings, mix again
  7. Soya Chaap Malai Tikka is ready, serve immediately with green chutney.
