- Then add ur Maggi,salt etc,then stir,then you can add your grand egusi and stir properly and also add some water in it then continue to stir for like five minutes then close the pot and leave the egusi to be done for some minutes.
- When u check it and see oil on top dis means the egusi is done and then add your washed eugu. please and please don't let ur vegetables to be done coz of our health and what we get from it.for your tuwon shinkafa and egusi soup is done ready to be served
