Instructions to make Soya keema with pav:
- Remove all water from soya chunks, and blend it in a mixer grinder.
- Add all ingredient in soya keema along with curd and a little bit of salt, mix well keep aside
- Heat 50gm butter, 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and cook until they become brown, then add 1tablespoon dheggi Mirch and haldi.
- Then add tomatoes, pure cook, until oil separate from it, add salt (butter also have slat so adjust according to that).
- Then add keema mixture, mix well, add 1 cup water and cook until you see oil is released, add green chilli and ginger julienne.
- I don't have green coriander if you have add before serving, serve with pav.
