- Squeeze the milk out of the soya and in another bowl add to the soya chunks mashed boiled potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, chopped green chillies
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, lime juice, salt
- Mix well and make 1/2” thick patty
- In a plate add the breadcrumbs and add the 1/2” thick patty to it. Mixing the breadcrumbs well.
- In a non-stick pan roast the patty on both sides well
- Garnish the Moong burger with tomato and onion slices, add the soya patty and insert olives and enjoy
