- For oats soya chaap see my previous recipe please. First mix all the marination ingredients and marinade the chaaps and keep the marinated chaaps in fridge for 4-5 hours to properly marinade.
- When ready make a slurry batter with cheakpea flour (ingredients listed above). Dip the marinated chaaps in the batter and coat with flakes and soya chunk powder and keep it aside to set.
- Now fry them until golden brown.
