- Boil the sticks in the hot water for 10-12 mins.
- Remove out the sticks from the hot water and put into the cold water for 2-3 mins.
- Cut out into small portions.
- Make a marinated mixture of hung curd, whipped cream, salt, red chilli, cumin powder. Marinate the chaap into the mixture for atleast 2 hrs.
- Talk out the chaap from the mixture and fry it on tava and use the left mixture to coat after frying.
- Garnish with the chopped onions.
