  1. Get 1 cup Dried soya (soaked in the hot water for 20 mins)
  2. Make ready 4 Sun dried tomatoes
  3. Get 2 tsp Chilli powder
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. Prepare 2 tsp Garam masala powder
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp Corn flour
  7. Get 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Sweet soya sauce
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  10. Take 4 tbsp Olive oil
  11. Make ready 1 cup Water
  12. Take to taste Salt

Firstly, I hope you all like my new look blog! I've been trying to change it since about August when I was going to move to wordpress as I really wanted to have extra pages. Boil water in a pan, add salt and soya till it cooked. Remove from water, squeeze it and cut into pieces.

Steps to make Crispy soya:
  1. In a pan pour oil and add soya, chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
  2. Stir often and fry for about 10min. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for another 5mins.
  3. Now add water, (if you need to add another 1/2 cup more water) Cover and cook in low flame until soya becomes soft.
  4. Now add tomato, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and cook until the water absorbed completely. Now add cornflour and keep stirring it for 5 min and remove it.
  5. Your crispy soya is now ready to serve with fried rice and chappati.
