- Take a non-stick pan, add olive oil and grill/roast paneer pieces till crust become golden brown in low to medium flame.
- When the panner crust is made to your liking, add little plum sauce (2 spoons), mix well and leave for a minute. Plate the dish to your liking add an extra glaze of plum over grilled paneer or any way you would like to see, sprinkle oregano mix and serve with fresh cut fruits.
