- Let a couple of hours pass and from then onward take the mixture out of the fridge every 1/2 hour. Crush all the big cristals that have formed and stir the mixture.
- In 6 hours your sorbet will be ready. Put it in the blender before serving for a smoother texture. You can serve it right out of the. blender or let it sit in the fridge for 10-20 minutes afterg blending to carve out spoons.
