  8. Bake 375° for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Place cut side down on baking sheet and roast until flesh is easily shreddable. Spaghetti squash is easily prepared in the oven–just cut it in half and bake it until the skin is easily pierced with a fork. You can then use it as a low-carb pasta substitute or turn it into salads.
