- Then add the fish pieces & give a slight stir so that the fish pieces mix properly within the spices. When the fish is half cooked, add potatoes, tomatoes, raw banana slices, 1/4 cup water & cover & cook
- When the vegetables & fish are cooked & boiled well & there is a rise of oil in the curry, add chopped coriander & remove the pan from heat sauce. And your Barbel Fish curry is ready to serve!
