Squeeze in some fresh lemon juice (optional) before serving. Add the tofu and stir fry till the tofu changes color a bit and looks slightly as if it has been fried. At this point add the red pepper flakes/powder and stir. Immediately add the the spinach paste; Let it simmer.

  2. Wash Spinach well and blanch in boiling water. Dip in cold water to stop cooking further, drain well and squeeze to remove excess water. Cut into 5cm in length. Blanch Carrot strips in boiling water as well.
  3. Slice Firm Tofu. Heat Oil in a frying pan over medium high heat, cook Tofu slices until golden and crispy. Cut into thin strips.
  4. In a bowl, combine Tofu strips and a half of the sauce, then add vegetables and the remaining sauce, and mix well.
