- Now add chopped onion, ginger and green chilli. Fry it till it looks transparent colour. Add lemon juice 2 tablespoons, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well all together.
- Add boiled rice.. stir it and mix together..now time to check salt.add ground nuts and 2 tablespoon lemon juice more.Lemon rice done…
- It can serve like a rice or it could be serve with some coriander chutney…
