Add the okra and cook for two to three minutes only. Gently reheat the sambal, then stir in the okra to warm it up (don't cook it any longer). The main ingredients are green beans, sambal oelek (where the sambal oelek can be replaced with fresh red chili pepper and salt, which is what it is made of), and coconut milk. I really liked this version, which was inspired by many different recipes I found online.

- Steam the veg for a couple of minutes. Heat the cooking oil on high and when it’s hot add the cold rice.
- Fry the rice for a few minutes and add the veg
- Add the sambal paste and stir through. Add the sesame seed oil, soy sauce and ketjap manis. when it’s piping hot, it’s ready. I served with a little extra sambal paste as it’s so delicious!
