  9. Take 1 Spring Onion *finely chopped
  10. Get Toasted Sesame Seeds

Common ingredients are hard to find where I live, so I mixed 'Soboro' made with Chicken Mince or. Place Potato, Onion and Garlic into a pot and just cover with Stock of your choice. Lightly season with Salt if stock is unsalted. Great recipe for Harusame, Tofu & Egg Soup. 'Harusame' are the noodles made from Potato starch or Mung Bean starch. For this soup, please use soft Tofu such as 'Silken' or 'Momen'.
