  3. Boil your minced meat and set a side.
  4. Boil the cabbage till it is soft.Then add the carrots and green peas and cook until the carrots is soft then drain the water out.
  5. Heat up some vegetable oil on medium heat.Fry the meat.Add the cabbage, green pepper, green peas and carrots. Stir fry it and set it a side.
  6. Mix some 3 teaspoon of flour with hot water in a cup and stir properly with a spoon. THIS MIXTURE IS KNOWN ASS THE GLUE
  7. Spread the spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and fill it with the filling, fold it together and seal the edge with the liquid flour (The glue) as seen below
  8. Do these for the remaining spring roll
  9. Fry the spring roll in deep oil until it's brown and crusty
  10. Your spring roll is ready.Serve with hot tea
