- Cook for 10 min until sauce starts to thicken. Spoon sauce inside the marrow. Cover with tin foil and cook for 30 min
- Remove from oven and sprinkle the breadcrumbs mixed with the Parmesan on each slice. Cook for 15 min uncovered
It was so filling and tasted really delicious. Cut the marrow in half lengthways and scoop out the middle. Put the halves, cut-side up, in a large roasting tin and season. Meanwhile, mix the breadcrumbs and cheese together. Remove the foil and sprinkle the crumb mixture over the tops of the marrow rings.
