I used "TexMex" jasmati brown rice. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, Thai chili sauce, red pepper and shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine. It was safe, I knew how to ask for it and I knew what I was getting. Thais told me that shrimp would be the safest meet to to eat.
