Steps to make Spicy Pork Belly:
- Add all the above ingredients (not the olive oil) to a bowl. Mix well. Leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes covered in the fridge so the pork absorbs the flavour.
- Heat a grill pan with the olive oil.
- Add the pork and grill for 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Add more hot sauce over the pork slices as desired. Serve immediately once done.
Pork belly is bacon's better half. It's actually the same thing as bacon, but it's way better than bacon. As the name suggests, it comes from the belly of the pig and is a boneless fatty cut of meat. Place the pork in a zip-top bag and pour the gochujang mixture over it. Seal the bag and shake well, making sure that the marinade coats the meat.
