- Boil hojay Pani nikal kar vinegar add kar mix krlein
- Ab pateelay mea rice, chicken masala phr rice ki layer lagaien.
- Opper ghee, food colour add krdien.
- Hara dahniya or mint chahein to sprinkle krdien.
