  1. Heat a pan 1tsp oil. Add coriander seeds,half tsp fennel seeds, 2 cardamom, 4 cloves, 2 cinnamon, pepper, 1 star anise, green chillies, ginger, garlic, mint leaves, coriander leaves stir it for 5 minutes. Shift to mixer jar add grated coconut. Grind masala well.
  2. Heat a cooker add 3tsp oil, 3 bay leaf, 2 cardamom, 1 cinnamon,4 cloves,half tsp fennel seeds,1 star anise. Add 1 chopped onion,mint leaves saute well.
  3. Add all vagetables (beans, carrot, patato,green peas,Tamoto) stir well. Add half leamon juice,1tsp curd stir it. Add grind masala mix well.
  4. Add 2cups of rice and 4 cups of water to it, add salt to taste. Close the lid take 2 wishtel.mix it before serve.
  5. Spicy yummy veg pulav ready to eat.
