- For the glaze to the frying pan add the soya sauce. Add the ginger and the sugar. Add one tablespoon of water and boil till a sticky syrup like glaze is formed. Reduce the flame and add the steaks and glaze both sides by swirling the steak around the pan. Serve hot over the mound of sauteéd veggies and garnish with micro herbs or toasted white sesame seeds.
Remove the vegetables from the pan to a bowl and keep warm. Rinse bell peppers, trim and cut into strips. Sauté onions over medium heat until soft.
