Steps to make Chilli Egg:
  1. In a bowl mix ginger, soya sauce, chili powder and cornflower.
  2. Boil the egg and light fry with salt and turmeric powder. Then in a pan put melted butter. Then add onions and garlic. Fry it for 5 minutes. Now add the capsicum and bowl mixture. Let it cooked for few minutes 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Now add the egg. Then mix properly. If require add little bit of water. Capsicum should not be overcooked. Prepare a semi thick gravy. Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
