- Get 150 gms bee(Lotus stem)
- Make ready 200 gms potatoes
- Prepare 150 gms Besan

- Take 1 tsp Soda, Salt
- Prepare Corrriander leaves little

- Firstly boil Bee in a Cooker for 4/5 whistles with little salt and 1/2 spoon Oil,apinch Soda in it.then boil Potatoes
- In a vessel mash boil Bee,add salt, kalimirch powder,1/2 tsp garam masala powder, keep aside, then in big bowl put mashed potatoes,add salt,all Spices, grated bread/cornflour, chopped coriander leaves and keep aside
- Make potatoes mixture, tikki like basket and put little bee mixture and make ball/ tikki shape. In a big bowl make batter of Besan add little Red chilli powder,haldi,1/2 tsp Soda (baking soda),, Salt and make medium batter,dip each tikki in it,and fry till it becomes brown in colour
- Lastly fry all beealoo tikki and serve with green chutney ya sauce, yummy it taste
