- For patties- Boiled potatoes, peel it.
- Now mashed it and add all ingredients, make lemon sized ball
- Press it on palm and shallow fry this tiki by applying little oil on griddle or tava
- Now in plate take patties add ragada on it, then garnish it with green chutney, curd, tamarind chuteny
- Then sprinkle coriander, farsan and onion and serve hot plate
