  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in non-stick pan, add jeera, hing, methi seed, kalonji,sauf, mustard seed sesame seed,let them splutter.add spring onion bulb and chopped onion saute till translucent,add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  2. Cut tomato in big size
  3. Add besan to the pan and saute it 2-3 mins,add remaining oil,mix well, saute on high heat, stirring continuously,till the besan starts changing colour,and become fragnant.
  4. Add tomatoes mix well, drizzle 2 tbsp water in the pan and mix well add salt, red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, mix well
  5. Add spring onion mix well cook it again 2-3 mins.
  6. Serve with chapati.
